Parkinson's Group Exercise Class
This group exercise class is appropriate for anyone with Parkinson's Disease. We focus on PWR! Moves, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Modifications are provided and everyone is welcome!
This free class meets the first Tuesday of each month from 9:00-9:45am.

Aphasia Group
This group is for individuals with difficulty expressing or understanding language, commonly after a stroke or brain injury. It is led by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Join this group to connect and communicate with individuals with aphasia, and rejoin life's conversations in a fun and supportive way.
This free group meets the second and fourth Friday of each month from 11:00am-12:00pm.

SPEAK OUT! Speech Group
The SPEAK OUT! speech group is a clinically-proven speech therapy approach for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. The program helps individuals REGAIN and MAINTAIN their speaking abilities with a combination of education, individual speech therapy, daily home practice, group sessions, and regular re-assessments.
This free class meets the second and fourth Friday of each month from 10:00am-11:00am.

This free class meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 12:00-12:45pm.

CogFit
Sharpen and strengthen your memory, concentration, organization skills, processing speed, decision making skills and reading comprehension using simple strategies and functional activities. CogFit is free group therapy led by a Speech Language Pathologist designed for people dealing with cognitive challenges including age- related memory decline, brain injuries, and neurodegenerative disorders.
This free group meets the first Wednesday of each month from 10:45am-11:45am.

Stroke Support Group
Our stroke support group offers a welcoming community for stroke survivors and their families to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement. Through group discussions, educational sessions, and social engagement, we provide a supportive space to navigate recovery together. This group is funded by The Stroke Foundation and snacks and refreshments are provided.
The Stroke Support Group meets the second Wednesday of every month from 4-5pm.
