Jessie Agrimis, PT, DPT, NCS, ATP

Jessie is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular and Balance Disorders.

Jessie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. She completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. Jessie is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist, an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), and holds a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University. Jessie serves as a board member for the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego.

Lindsey Unger, MS CCC-SLP

Lindsey is a certified Medical Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with 10 years of clinical experience working in various settings, including major medical facilities, outpatient rehabilitation, Level I Trauma, Skilled-Nursing Facilities, Hospice, Early Childhood Intervention & Adult Home Health. She currently holds two publications. Lindsey is Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) and LSVT eLOUD Certified and is also a SPEAK OUT! Certified Provider.

Audrey Matthess, OTR/L

Audrey is a certified occupational therapist specializing in neurological illnesses including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease, stroke, and ALS causing limitations in daily task performance. Audrey earned her Bachelor degree from UCSB and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Audrey has worked as the lead neuro therapist in Carlsbad prior to beginning at Neurolab360 focusing on functional activities of daily living to promote independence in all meaningful tasks. 


Shea Cleary, OTR/L, CNS

Shea is a certified occupational therapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation to help individuals regain functional engagement in their everyday activities after experiencing a traumatic or acquired brain injury. Shea earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. 

Shea has previously worked at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, treating individuals with various neurological conditions including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other degenerative neurological diseases. Shea has experience working with individuals who present with increased spasticity, visual challenges, and coordination deficits as a result of a neurological illness or injury.

Kristine Negrete, PT, DPT, NCS, ATP

Kristine is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular and Balance Disorders.

Kristine earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Arizona. She completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency with NAU and Honor Health. Kristine is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist, an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and holds a certification in Adapted Yoga. Kristine serves as a Board Member for the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation.

Hope Nichols, PTA

Hope is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Balance Disorders. 

Hope earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Pima Medical Institute. While finishing her degree, Hope spent her final clinical internship as a student at NeuroLab 360. Prior to NeuroLab 360, Hope worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Hope is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist.

 

Jack Hogan, PT, DPT

Jack is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Balance Disorders.

Jack earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and he currently serves as a Student Physical Therapist mentor in their Adapted Sports Physical Therapy Clinic. Jack is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist and had previously treated individuals with neurological involvement at SHARP Healthcare and The Department of Veterans Affairs.

Meagan George, PT, DPT, NCS

Meagan is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular and Balance Disorders. 

Meagan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Prior to NeuroLab 360, Meagan worked at a nationally ranked hospital in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient neurologic rehab. Meagan is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist. She holds additional certifications in Pilates for Rehabilitation Professionals.

Jillianne De La Cruz, PT, DPT

Jill is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Balance Disorders.

Jill earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. Prior to joining NeuroLab 360, Jill worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic.


Sean Andersen, PTA

Sean is a Physical Therapy Assistant who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and Balance Disorders. 

Sean earned his degree in Physical Therapy from San Diego Mesa College. While finishing up his degree, Sean treated individuals with neurological conditions at SHARP Healthcare and The San Diego Mesa College Health and Wellness Community Clinic. Sean is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist.
