How difficult are the classes?
The classes are as difficult as you want them to be! It is important to try to exercise at a moderate intensity (as long as you are cleared by your physician!) to help encourage brain change, however we will provide many options so that it is safe for everyone!

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance can be very restrictive in terms of frequency and duration of physical therapy and require therapists to perform treatments and conduct a plan of care based on “medical necessity”. We have decided to not go through insurance so that we can provide truly client-centered care and allow each individual to reach their full potential without restrictions. NeuroLab 360’s services can be used as an adjunct to insurance based care, or can be utilized between bouts of insurance based physical therapy.
